Do I need extra hardware?
No. EVmetry runs in the cloud through Tesla’s official APIs: there is nothing to install in the car, at home or on a personal server.
Does it work with every Tesla model?
Yes. EVmetry supports Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X connected through a Tesla account and the official Fleet API.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Deleting your account cancels any active subscriptions, stops Fleet Telemetry, revokes the Tesla token and removes the account, vehicles, telemetry, location data and history from the operational database without undue delay. Only data required by law is retained; residual copies in technical backups follow the provider’s overwrite cycle.
Can I use the web and iPhone together?
Yes. The web and iPhone app use the same account and history, keeping trips, charges, settings and subscription in sync.
